Turn an HEIC photo into a compatible JPG without a server upload.
Many phones save efficient HEIC images, while older forms and websites accept only JPEG. PixelComply decodes the selected HEIC file locally and creates a new JPG that can be opened by common upload systems.
The original pixel dimensions become the starting size. You can keep them, enter exact new dimensions, or add a maximum KB before conversion.
- JPEG output is selected automatically
- Original dimensions remain the default after the image loads
- The new file excludes the original photo metadata
Before you export
Does HEIC conversion upload my iPhone photo?
No. The HEIC decoder is loaded in your browser only when needed, and the selected photo remains on your device.
Will a transparent HEIC stay transparent in JPG?
JPEG does not support transparency. Any transparent area is filled with the selected solid background, which defaults to white.
Can I convert and compress in one step?
Yes. Enable the maximum KB setting before converting and PixelComply will search for the highest JPEG quality that passes it.
