Your images stay on your device
Image selection, decoding, cropping, background processing, encoding, verification, and download happen inside your browser. PixelComply does not upload your image, file name, embedded metadata, or converted result to an application server.
What the hosting service can log
Like most websites, the hosting and security provider can process basic connection data needed to deliver and protect the site:
- IP address and approximate country
- Browser and device user-agent
- Requested page, time, response status, and security identifiers
Cookies and analytics
PixelComply does not add advertising or product analytics cookies. The hosting provider may set a short-lived security cookie for bot and abuse protection. There is no PixelComply account and no saved image history.
Shared settings links
A shared URL can contain only the selected format, pixel dimensions, optional KB limit, and background setting. Images and results are never placed in the URL.
